Accessibility statement
We want anyone to be able to read about our tile work and contact us, whatever tools they browse with.
What we aim for
We target the WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines as our working standard. That is a goal we build toward deliberately rather than a certification we claim to have been audited against.
How this site is built
- Semantic HTML with a single main heading per page and a logical heading order.
- A skip link to the main content, and a visible keyboard focus indicator throughout.
- Navigation, menus and forms that work with keyboard alone, not just a pointer.
- Form fields with real labels, required-field indication, and errors announced in text rather than colour alone.
- Colour combinations chosen to meet contrast minimums in both light and dark presentation.
- Text that reflows on small screens without horizontal scrolling, and supports browser zoom.
- Decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology; meaningful images given text alternatives.
Known limitations
No site is perfect. If something here is hard to use with a screen reader, magnifier, voice control or keyboard, we would genuinely like to know rather than assume it is fine.
Tell us about a barrier
Email hello@contractorinidaho.com or call (208) 891-1890. Tell us the page and what happened, and we will fix it and reply. If a page is unusable for you, we are happy to take your project details over the phone instead.
